Positive thinking

ජීවිතය යනු ගමනකි. ධනාත්මක චින්තනය ජීවිතයේ එක් පියවරක් හෝ ඉදිරියටයාම ඔබ අප කාගේත් අරමුණක්. ඒ සදහා අප කවුරුත් වෙහෙසෙන්නේ. නමුත් බොහෝ දෙනෙක් තම ජීවිතය ගෙවා දමන ආකාරය ගැන බලනවිට ඔවුන් තමන්ට ලැබුණු මේ අගනා ජීවිතයෙන් නිසි ප්‍රයෝජනයක් ගන්නවද, තම ජීවිතය දෙස කෙතරම් සුභවාදීව බලනවාද යන්න පිලිබදව ඇත්තේ එතරම් සතුටුදායක තත්වයක් නොවෙයි. අද අප අතර ජීවත්වන වැඩි පිරිසක් තමන් ගැන හෝ තමන් ලද දේ ගැන එතරම් සෑහීමකට පත්වන්නේ නෑ. නිරන්තරයෙන්ම ඔවුන් පසුවන්නේ යම්කිසි අසුභවාදී ආකල්ප සමූහයක් සමග. මේ හේතුව නිසාම අද බොහෝ පිරිසකට එක් පියවරක් හෝ ඉදිරියටයාම ටිකක් අපහසු තත්වයකට පත්වී තිබෙනවා. එසේනම් ඒ තත්වය නැතිකරගෙන ජීවිත ගමනේ ඉදිරියට යා හැකි “ධනාත්මක චින්තනයක් ” ( Positive Thinking ) ඔබ තුල ගොඩනගා ගතහොත් ඔබට අද සිටිනා තැන සිට එක් පියවරක් හෝ ඉදිරියට යා හැකිවේවි. අප සෑමදෙනාගේම ජීවිතවල ඇති පරාජයන් හා ඇද වැටීම් බොහොමයි.ලොව දිනූ පුද්ගලයන්ගේ ජීවිත දෙස බැලූවිටද අපට පසක්වන්නේ ඔවුන්ගේ ජීවිතද මෙවැනි පරාජයන්ගෙන් හා ඇදවැටීම්වලින් යුක්ත වී ඇති බවයි. නමුත් වෙනස වන්නේ ඔවුන් ඒ පරාජයන් මතින් නැගී සිට ජීවිතය දෙස ධනාත්මක ආකල...

මනෝවිද්‍යාව මනෝවිද්‍යාව යනු මනස හා හැසිරීම අධ්යයනය කිරීමයි. මනෝවිද්‍යාව පිළිබඳ පර්යේෂණයන් මිනිසුන් සිතන්නේ, ක්රියා කරන සහ හැඟෙන ආකාරය තේරු ම් ගැනීමට සහ පැහැදිලි කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරයි. සමාජීය බලපෑම්වලට ජෛව බලපෑම් ඇති වීමෙන් සිතුවිලි හා චර්යාවන්ට බලපෑම් කළ හැකි බොහෝ සාධක ගැන මනෝවිද්යාඥයෝ වැඩි අවධානයක් යොමු කරති. මනෝවිද්‍යාව සඳහා ඉල්ලුම්පත් මානසික සෞඛ්ය ප්රතිකාර, කාර්ය සාධනය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම, ස්වයං උදව්, ergonomics සහ සෞඛ්ය හා දෛනික ජීවිතයට බලපාන වෙනත් බොහෝ ක්ෂේත්රයන් වේ. මනෝවිද්යාව හුදෙක් කෙටියෙන් අර්ථ දැක්වීම තුලින් සියල්ල මනාව වටහා ගැනීම අපහසු වේ. සංවර්ධනය, පෞද්ගලිකත්වය, සිතුවිලි, හැඟීම්, චිත්තවේගයන් , චිත්තවේගයන් සහ සමාජ හැසිරීම් වැනි මාතෘකා නිරූපණය කරන්නේ, මනෝවිද්යාව තේරුම් ගැනීමට, අනාවැකි පළ කිරීමට හා පැහැදිලි කිරීමට ය. මනෝවිද්‍යාව ගැන ගොඩක් ව්යාකූලත්වයක් තියෙනවා. අවාසනාවකට මෙන්, මනෝවිද්යාව පිළිබඳව එවැනි වැරදි මතයන් බහුලව දැකිය හැකිය. ජනප්රිය මාධ්යවල මනෝ චිකිත්සකයින්ගේ මනෝවිද්යාඥයින් මෙන්ම මනෝවිද්යා උපාධි දරණ වෘත්තිකයින්ගේ විවිධාකාර වෘත්තික මාර්ගවලට ස්තුති කිරීම. ...
